Holly Capps is a native of Conway, SC. Holly comes to us from the Horry County Treasurer's Office where she was the Branch Manager for 11 years. She has just recently joined the RLA team as a CADD Technician. She has been married to David Capps for 13 years and they have a beautiful daughter. Holly enjoys spending time with her family, arts & crafts, concerts and the beach.
