A native of Summerville, Jeff graduated from Summerville High School in 1999. He pursued an Associate's degree in Civil Engineering Technology at Trident Technical School and began surveying in 2004. Jeff earned his South Carolina License in 2011 and North Carolina License in 2013.

Jeff heads our Charleston office and has been a valued employee since 2010. He is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hunting and fishing.
